We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (the "APPI") and other applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, and we are committed to the appropriate collection, use, and management of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (this "Policy").

- To comply with applicable laws and otherwise conduct our business appropriately and smoothly.
We will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purposes set out above, except where we have obtained your prior consent or where permitted by law. If we change the purposes of use, we will do so only within a scope reasonably deemed to be duly related to the purposes before the change, and we will announce the revised purposes on the Site.
4. Provision to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information to any third party without your prior consent, except in any of the following cases (Article 27 of the APPI):
- Where required by law;
- Where necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
- Where particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain your consent; or
- Where necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, a local government, or a party entrusted by either of them in performing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining your consent is likely to impede the performance of such duties.
5. Outsourcing
We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, we select service providers only after conducting appropriate due diligence, contractually obligate them to handle personal information properly, and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over them.
6. Security Control Measures
We implement necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of, and otherwise to safeguard the security of, the personal information we handle (Article 23 of the APPI). Upon request submitted to the contact point set out at the end of this Policy, we will respond regarding the specifics of our security control measures to the extent required by law. The security control measures we implement include organizational, human, physical, and technical safeguards.
7. Cookies and Access Analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to improve usability and to understand how the Site is used. A cookie is a small piece of data sent to the browser of a person who uses the Site; cookies do not, in themselves, directly identify any specific individual.
You may refuse to accept cookies by adjusting your browser settings. Please note, however, that if you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly.
As of the effective date of this Policy, we have not implemented any access-analytics tools. In the future, we may use access-analytics services such as Google Analytics to analyze how the Site is used. If we introduce such services, we will separately disclose, in this Policy or on the Site, the manner in which the relevant provider collects and processes data and the methods available for opting out. Information collected through such services via cookies and similar technologies—such as browsing history—may constitute "personally referable information" that cannot, on its own, identify a specific individual; we will handle such information appropriately in accordance with Article 31 of the APPI and other applicable laws.
8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Similar Requests
Where you submit any of the following requests regarding the retained personal data we hold, pursuant to the APPI, we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable law (Articles 33 through 35 of the APPI):
- Notification of the purpose of use;
- Disclosure (including disclosure by a method that involves providing an electromagnetic record);
- Correction, addition, or deletion of content; and
- Suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties.

10. Changes to This Policy
